Unless otherwise decided by the composition, approval of the composition agreement shall
preserve for each of the creditors, the mortgage on the real property of the debtor registered by
virtue of Article 74 above. In this case, the Bankruptcy Trustee shall be required to demand, by
virtue of the decision approving the agreement, a new registration of the same property
specifying the sums guaranteed in accordance with land registration regulations.
