SECTION 134

Approval of the composition agreement shall render its terms binding on all creditors registered prior to the decision initiating the proceedings, regardless of the nature of their claims, except where a special legal provision prohibits the administration from granting remissions or time limits. However, creditors with special secured debts shall be bound only by the special time limits and remissions granted by them; where the composition agreement comprises time limits not exceeding two years, any time limit they may grant that are shorter shall be binding on them. Without prejudice to the provisions of Article 96 above, no remission or time limit exceeding two years may be imposed on any worker. Creditors with secured debts shall not lose their guarantees; they may enforce them only in the case of annulment or cancellation of the composition agreement consented to or imposed on them. The composition agreement granted to the principal debtor or to a co-obligor shall not apply to the guarantor or to any other co-obligor.
