The competent court may appoint a Controller or maintain the one already appointed to oversee
the execution of the composition agreement; where no controller is appointed, his functions
shall be performed by the Bankruptcy Trustee. The duties of the Controller shall be gratis, except
where they are performed by the Bankruptcy Trustee; in that case, the remuneration of the
Bankruptcy Trustee in his capacity as Controller shall be fixed by the competent court.
