Upon receiving the report of the Bankruptcy Trustee the competent court shall take a vote on it.
Voting by correspondence and voting by proxy shall be allowed.
Any creditor who holds real property but has not made the declaration provided for in Article
120 above may take part in the voting without renouncing his security and without granting any
time limits and remissions different from those proposed by the debtor.
