After ascertaining that the form is in conformity with the document referred to above the Registry shall proceed with the registration in accordance with the conditions stipulated in Article 49 above. The Registry shall give the applicant a copy of the form bearing clearly the statement “clause providing for retention of title” as well as the number and date of the entry. Any modification by agreement or court order of the clause shall be entered as an amending entry in the Register under the conditions and in the forms stipulated for the original entry.
