SECTION 275

An action arising from a breach of contract may be instituted from the date on which such breach occurred. An action founded on a failure of the goods sold to comply with the contract may be instituted from the date on which the defect is discovered, or ought reasonably to have been discovered by the purchaser, or date when the offer to have the goods replaced was refused by the purchaser. An action based on a fraudulent misrepresentation made before the contract of sale was entered into or at the time it was entered into, or resulting from subsequent fraudulent acts may be instituted from the date on which the fact was or ought reasonably to have been discovered.
