The seller may grant the vendor another time-limit of a reasonable duration to perform his
obligations.
The vendor may not, before the expiry of such time limit, invoke any of the measures available
to him where there is a breach of the contract unless he has received notification from the
purchaser of the latter’s unwillingness to perform his obligations within the time limit so granted.
However, the vendor shall not on that account lose the right to claim damages for the purchaser’s
delay in performing his obligations.
