SECTION 244 — Subsequent Convictions

(1) Section 88 (1) (b) of this Code shall apply to any subsequent conviction under the last foregoing section. (2) The Court may add the forfeitures described by section 30 (1) and (2) of this Code. (3) Where the offender is so licensed the Court may order closure of his establishment for up to 4 (four) years, and order publication of its judgment.
