SECTION 239 — Disturbance of Quiet Enjoyment

Whoever in manner liable to disturb the public peace enters upon land quietly enjoyed by another to whomsoever belonging, shall be punished with imprisonment for from 15 (fifteen) days to 1 (one) year.
