SECTION 236 — Depredation by Band

(1) Whoever as a member of an assembly or band, and by open force, plunders or damages any moveable or immoveable property, shall be punished with imprisonment for from 10 (ten) to 20 (twenty) years. (2) For such felony committed in a state of emergency or siege the punishment shall be imprisonment for life. (3) For such felony committed in time of war the punishment shall be death.
