SECTION 34

(1) The composition of a Joint Committee shall be established by a joint order of the President of the National Assembly and the President of the Senate within 24 (twenty-four) hours following the request by the President of the Republic, at the instance of the President of the National Assembly. (2) The joint order referred to in sub-section (1) above shall specify the House of Parliament where the Joint Committee shall sit.
