(1) The first meeting shall notably set up the Bureau of the Joint
Committee.
(2) The Bureau of the Committee shall be composed as follows:

- Chairperson : the Chairperson of the relevant General Committee of the
House hosting the Joint Committee;
- Vice-Chairperson: the Chairperson of the relevant General Committee of
the guest House;
- 2 (two) Rapporteurs: the Rapporteur of the relevant Committee of the
House hosting the Joint Committee and the Rapporteur of the relevant
General Committee of the guest House.
