(1) Any Committee may propose that one or more of its members
be entrusted with a mission in connection with matters falling within its
jurisdiction and that will contribute to the proper discharge of its duties.
(2) Should such a mission give rise to expenditure chargeable to
the budget of the National Assembly, as a result of travel in particular, the

Committee shall submit the proposal to the Bureau, which shall decide
accordingly.
