(1) The workers referred to in Section 25 (4) above
may be recruited by a temporary job contractor.
(2) A temporary job contractor shall mean any individual or
corporate body whose sole activity consists in temporarily
providing users with workers whom they recruit and pay.
(3) The workers referred to in the preceding Subsection may be
hired only for temporary jobs and solely in the cases laid down in
