(1) The deadlines for submitting bids with effect from the date of
publication of the request for expression of interest shall be:

at least 15 (fifteen) working days and at most 21 (twenty-one) days, for national
invitations to tender;
-
at least 21 (twenty-one) working days and at most 30 (thirty) days, for international
invitations to tender.
(2) In case of emergency, the deadlines referred to in (1) above may be reduced
to 10 (ten) and 15 (fifteen) working days respectively.
