SECTION 98

(1) At the end of its work, the Bid Evaluation Sub-committee shall submit an evaluation report to the tenders board. (2) The evaluation report shall be a single document initialled and signed by all the sub-committee members. (3) In case of disagreement, members who do not sign the evaluation report shall express their opinion in a memorandum addressed to the Chairperson of the tenders board with a copy to the Project Owner or the Delegated Project Owner. The Chairperson of the tenders board shall ensure that the said memorandum is attached to the validated evaluation report. (4) The evaluation report shall be presented to the tenders board by the Chairperson of the Evaluation Sub-committee or, as appropriate, by a member of the said Sub-committee duly designated by the Evaluation Sub-committee Chairperson.
