(1) The Chairperson of the central contracts control board shall notify the
Board’s reasoned opinion to the Project Owner or the Delegated Project Owner, the
Public Procurement Authority and the public contracts regulatory body as follows:

within 48 (forty-eight) hours with effect from the closing date of deliberations,
where the Board expresses no objection to the award;

within 72 (seventy-two) hours with effect from the closing date of deliberations,
where the board expresses any other opinion.
(2) In case of no objection, the Project Owner or the Delegated Project Owner
shall publish the invitation to tender or award the contract and notify his decision to the
Chairperson of the board within 5 (five) working days with effect from the date of receipt
of the notification of opinion referred to in (1) above.
