(1) The following contracts shall fall within the remit of the Central
Contracts Control Board for Road Works:
(a) road construction, rehabilitation and maintenance works;
(b) road and various service connection works;
(c) the construction of engineering structures (bridges and culverts);
(d) ancillary supplies and facilities directly or indirectly related to the said works;
(e) studies on and supervision of the works listed in sub-paragraphs (a) and (b)
above.
(2) Invitations to tender for which the cumulative amount of lots is equal to or more
than 5 000 000 000 (five billion) CFA francs, as well as contracts awarded by mutual
agreement within the same price bracket shall be referred to the Central Contracts
Control Board for Road Works.
