(1) Each central contracts control board shall comprise:

a chairperson appointed by the Authority in charge of public contracts;

a representative of the Presidency of the Republic;
-
a representative of the Prime Minister’s Office;
-
a representative of the Ministry in charge of public contracts;
-
a representative of the Ministry in charge of finance;
-
a representative of the Ministry in charge public investments;
-
a civil society representative operating in the area of competence of the Board,
designated by the Minister in charge of public contracts;
-
a secretary appointed by the Minister in charge of public contracts.

(2) A representative of the Project Owner or the Delegated Project Owner shall
take part in the deliberations of the central contracts control board in an advisory
capacity.
(3) The Chairperson and members of central contracts control boards shall be
appointed for a two-year term of office, renewable once. However, their duties may be
terminated in case of serious breach.
(4) The Chairperson and members of central contract control boards shall be
chosen from among personalities of good moral standing with a mastery of the
regulations and procedures relating to the award of public contracts.
