(1) The following contracts shall fall within the remit of the Central
Contracts Control Board for Service and Intellectual Service Contracts:
(a) studies, audits, consultations, surveys and polls;
(b) consultancies, institutional reforms, management, engineering services, control,
training, financial services, and insurance;
(c) studies and supervision of works other than those that fall within the remit of
other tenders boards;
(d) selection of computer hardware and design of software and software packages;
(e) any other intellectual services.
(2) Invitations to tender for which the cumulative amount of lots is equal to or more
than 100 000 000 (one hundred million) CFA francs, as well as contracts awarded by
mutual agreement within the same price bracket shall be referred to the Central
Contracts Control Board for Service and Intellectual Service Contracts.
