(1) Any Administration’s contracting partner who feels aggrieved in the
execution of his contract may file a non-judicial petition with the Project Owner or the
Delegated Project Owner, or the Authority in charge of public contracts.
(2) The Authority in charge of public contracts shall decide based on the proposal
of the Petitions Review Committee and after the prior opinion of the public contracts
regulatory body.
