SECTION 107

(1) The Project Owner or the Delegated Project Owner shall sign the contract within 5 (five) working days, with effect from the date of draft contract subscription by the successful bidder. 44 (2) He shall notify the contract holder within five (5) working days following the date of signature thereof.
