Upon receipt of the duly completed application form for registration and supporting documents provided for by this Uniform Act, the court clerk or the person in charge of the competentbody inthe Stateparty shall issueto theapplicanta registration receipt stating the
date of the registration was completed and the registration number.
The clerkorthe person in charge of the competentbody inthe Stateparty shallhave a period ofthreemonths to carry out verificationspursuant to article66ofthis uniform Act and, where appropriate, notify the interested party of the withdrawal of his registration and proceed with its removal.
