SECTION 123

A lessee who establishes having occupied the premises in accordance with the terms of the lease and having conducted in the premises the enterprise provided for in the lease for a minimum period of two years is entitled to renew either a fixed term or indefinite term lease. No stipulation to the contract may override the right to renew. In the event of express or tacit renewal, the lease is concluded for a minimum period of three years. If renewed for an unspecified period, the parties shall provide for a notice period of vacancy which cannot be less thansix months.
