SECTION 224 — National Development

In French Atteinte au développement national

Whoever with intent to injure the national development transfers abroad any specialized staff or delivers abroad any industrial or commercial secret, shall be punished with imprisonment for from 6 (six) months to 2 (two) years and with fine of from CFAF 100 000 (one hundred thousand) to CFAF 5 000 000 (five million).
