Decree No. 2018/355 on common rules applicable to contracts by public corporations › Chapter 7

SECTION 80

After publication of results of the consultation, the minutes of the award meeting, to which the tender evaluation report shall be attached, shall be communicated to any interested tenderer who shall so request from the General Manager of the public corporation.
