Between the time of publication of results and that of notification of the
award, appeals may only concern the award:
a) The appeal should be sent to the Arbitration and Appeals Committee with a
copy to the Board of Directors and the General Manager;
b) It should be received within a maximum of 5 (five) working days after
publication of results;
c) This appeal shall lead to suspension of the procedure.
