SECTION 276

(1) The Inquiry Control Chamber may, either of its own motion, or at the request of the Procureur General or any other party, other, any further inquiry which it deems necessary. This shall be done either by the president of the Inquiry Control Chamber himself or by a judge of the Court of Appeal or by an Examining Magistrate appointed for that purpose. (2) After carrying out the further inquiry, the case me shall be deposited at the registry of the Inquiry Control Chamber. Il may be consulted there by the counsel for the parties.
