(1) Laws shall be passed by a simple majority of the
Senators.
(2) The Senate may amend or reject all or part of a bill submitted to it
for consideration, in accordance with Article 30 below.
(3) The President of the Republic may, before enacting a law, ask for a
second reading. In such case, bills shall be passed by an absolute
majority of the Senators.
