(1) persons guilty of acts of resistance, abuse and force against
inspectors of labour and social insurance and medical inspectors
of labour and social insurance ;
(2) persons committing infringements of the provisions of Section
2 (3); and
(3) persons impersonating inspectors of labour and social
insurance and medical inspectors of labour and social insurance.
