(1) Upon request:
(a) the council or regional executive head shall receive from the representative of
the State all information required for the performance of his duties;
(b) the representative of the State shall receive from the council or regional
executive head all information required for the performance of his duties.
(2) The council or regional executive head shall inform the deliberative organ
of the content of any correspondence that the representative of the State may
address to it.
