(1) The implementation of projects or operations of local interest in the public maritime domain and inland waterways by natural persons, local authorities or
any other corporate body shall be subject to authorization by the deliberative organ of
the region, on the recommendation of the municipal council where the project is
located.
(2) The authorization provided for in sub-section (1) above shall be subject to
prior approval by the representative of the State.
