(1) In accordance with the laws in force, the region may undertake actions that are supplementary to those of the State.
(2) It shall propose to councils under its jurisdiction measures to promote the coordination of local development actions and investments. As such, regional councillors shall participate, as of right, in the proceedings of the board of their council of attachment, in an advisory capacity.
