(1) Members of the executives of local authorities shall be entitled, after twelve (12) months of effective service, to annual leave of 30 consecutive days, in accordance with an annual plan submitted to the deliberative organ and the representative of the State.
(2) A member of the executive of a local authority on annual leave shall receive his monthly remuneration, but shall not be entitled to any other allowance for such leave.
