The provisions of the Penal Code shall apply to (1) persons guilty of acts of resistance, abuse and force against inspectors of labour and social insurance and medical inspectors of labour and social insurance ;
(2) persons committing infringements of the provisions of Section 2 (3); and
(3) persons impersonating inspectors of labour and social insurance and medical inspectors of labour and social insurance.
