The draft resolution shall be sent to the registered office by hand-delivered letter against a
receipt, by telex or fax, or any means leaving a written record, ten days at least before the
holding of the general meeting so as it can be put to vote at the meeting.
The deliberations of the general meetings shall be null and void where draft resolutions sent in
accordance with the provisions of this Article are not put to the vote at the meeting.
