In its dealings with individuals other than the members, the cooperative with a board of
directors shall be committed even by the acts of the board of directors which are not in line with
the corporate object, unless it proves that they knew that the act exceeded such purpose or that
they could not ignore it in light of the circumstances, being excluded that the mere act of
publishing the articles is sufficient to constitute such evidence.
