When the legal entity removes its permanent representative, it shall notify the cooperative
without delay of the termination as well as give the identity of its new permanent
representativeby hand-delivered letter against a receipt or by any means leaving a written record.
The same shall apply in the event of death or resignation of the permanent representative or for
any other reason that prevents him from performing his duties.
