The registered office may be changed for each form of cooperative, under the conditions provided for
by this Uniform Act for the amendment of the Articles of Association.
However, it may be transferred to another location in the same city by a decision of the
management committee or the board of directors of the cooperative.

Any decision to relocate the registered office shall be recorded in the Register of Cooperatives
and communicated to the regulatory authority by the management committee or the board of
directors.
