SECTION 835

Circulars informing the public about the issue of shares or other securities giving access to capital shall reproduce the information of the notice referred to in article 833 above and shall contain a mention on the publication of the said notice in newspapers authorizedto publish legal notices with reference to the publication number. Announcementsand posters in newspapers shall reproduce the same information or at least an extract thereof with reference to the noticeand state the name of the newspapers authorizedto publish legal notices in which it was published.
