When the capital increase is carried out by offsetting claims that are certain, of
fixed amount and due, the notary shall record that shares issued for cash have been paid up in
view of the statement of accounts certified by the auditor and referred to in article 611 of this
uniform Act. This statement shall be appended to the notarial statement of subscription and
payment.
