SECTION 528

In the eventthe company refuses to provide all or part of documents referred to in articles 525 and 526 above, the competent court shall rule expeditiously on such refusal, at the requestof the shareholder. The competent court may order the company, subject to a fine, to transmit the documents to the shareholder under the conditions set forth in articles 525 and 526 above. Holding of the general meeting
