The provisions of this chapter shall apply to any liquidation of a commercial company organized
amicably in accordance with the articles of association orby the agreementof the membersor
ordered by a court decision in accordance with paragraph2)of article 223 hereinafter.
However, they shall not apply when the liquidation occurs within the framework of the
provisions of the uniform Actwith respect to insolvency proceedings.
