This Uniform Act shall not repeal laws applicable to companies subject to a special regulations.
The clauses of the articles of such companies which conform to the provisions repealed by this
Uniform Act but which are contrary to the provisions of this Uniform Act and which are not
provided for by the special regulations of the said companies, shall be harmonized with the
provisions of this Uniform Act under the conditions laid down in Article 908 of this Uniform
Act.
