Uniform Act relating to commercial companies and economic interest groups › Title 4 › Book 2

SECTION 907

This Uniform Act shall be applicable to companies and economic interest groups which shall be formed on the territory of one of the State Parties from the date of its entry into force in the said State Party. However, any formalities towards the formation of a company accomplished prior to the entry into force of this Uniform Act shall not be repeated.
