Uniform Act relating to commercial companies and economic interest groups › Title 4 › Book 2

SECTION 914

Where private limited companies and public limited companies fail to increase their registered capital by at least the minimum amount stipulated respectively in Articles 311 and 387 of this Uniform Act, they shall, where their capital is below the said amounts, pronounce, before the expiry of the time limit specified in Article 908 of this Uniform Act, their dissolution or be transformed into another form of company for which this Uniform Act does not require minimum capital above the existing capital. Companies which do not comply with the provisions of the preceding paragraph shall be dissolved as of right upon the expiry of the stipulated time limit.
