The Articles of Association or a subsequent meeting may grant all fully paid-up shares, which
have been entered in the registered shares register for at least two years in the name of a
shareholder, voting rights twice those granted to the other shares, considering the quota of the
registered capital that they represent.
Furthermore, in the case of an increase of capital by the incorporation of reserves, profits or
issue premiums, double voting rights may be granted to registered shares given free of charge
as soon as they are issued to a shareholder in proportion to the old shares for which he enjoyed
such voting rights.
