Where the company refuses to communicate all or part of the documents referred to in Articles
525 and 526 of this Uniform Act, the president of the competent court shall, upon an action
instituted by the shareholder, give a summary judgment on such refusal.
The president of the competent court may order the company, under financial compulsion, to
communicate the documents to the shareholder, under the conditions laid down in Articles 525
and 526 of this Uniform Act.
