The copies of or extracts from minutes of meetings shall be validly certified, according to the
circumstances, by the Chairperson Managing Director, by the chairperson of the board of
directors, by the Managing Director or by any other person duly authorized to do so.
In the case of liquidation, they shall be certified by one liquidator only.
