An attendance list of each meeting shall be kept. It shall contain the following information:
1°) the full names and address of each shareholder present or represented, the number of shares
that he holds as well as the number of votes attached to the shares;
2°) the full names and address of each authorized agent, the number of shares that he represents
as well as the number of votes attached to the shares;
